Do I need to purchase a minimum amount of hours per week?

Our ‘Pay as you go’ option ensures that you are only paying for the hours that you need. Perfect for one off projects. 

For our prepay or subscription client’s we require a minimum of 5 hours per week.

What hours will my VA work?

This can be discussed with your VA but usually we work to deadlines rather than set hours during the day.

Do my prepaid hours expire?

We require a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week on our prepay package. Therefore, if no tasks are given to your VA, your remaining prepaid hours will reduce by 5 hours per week.

Can my VA assist with personal tasks?

Yes your VA is here to help with personal tasks as well as business admin.

Can my VA come in to the office and assist with some tasks?

Our virtual assistants only work from home so they will not be able to physically come to the office with you, but they will be there for you, virtually.

How do I know my information will be kept secure?

Keeping your information secure is of paramount importance to us. Here is what we are doing to ensure everyone sleeps well at night.
All of your login details are stored in LastPass which stores encrypted passwords online.
 
You will be solely working with one VA so only they will have access to the files you share with them. Of course, all our VA’s are vetted, we run criminal conviction checks to ensure they are squeaky clean.
 
Most of our VA’s have backgrounds in Executive Administration and they know a thing or two about privacy. That being said, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if required and we have a template on hand we are happy to share with you if needed.
